How do I enter the Aether Suite in SSE?

I downloaded and installed the Aether Suite SSE port, and it tells me on the mod description page that there is a book on the 2nd floor in the hall of attainment that gives you a spell you can cast which teleports you to the new location.

 

However, when I go to that area, I can't find any book.

 

Furthermore, when I type in "help aether 4" in console, I don't get any returns.

Most cells in aether suite start with "knox", that'll bring you to a lot of its' places.

For a complete list of places you could load up AetherSuite.esp in TES5edit or CK, and open the "cells" dropdown menu.

The book is half covered under a bed if I remember right.

 

If you dont find it add this mod which you propably should do anyway and get the book from the menu.
