Installing Wicked Wims is the to go for sex mods. Along with that, you'll want to download animations to go with it. There are the optional penis mods that can modify the size of your male sims or even give something for your female sims, there are a lot of options if you'd like to dig around. Some base items are modified and rigged to be interactive with WW, but you'll need to find download them.
