Penis not showing?

All of my male Sims have an issue where they have a white color around their hips (regardless of their actual skin colour) and there's two penises attached instead of one? I have custom skins but they were never an issue until now. I haven't downloaded anything recently other than some things for my female Sims and toddlers. I don't know what to do?

Broken penis mod/bottom....use turbodrivers basic penis mod...in the downloads section on here...delete your old penis mods.
