ENB Issue

[Caravan Enforcer]

I had to reinstall Skyrim after resetting my computer. I had to reinstall my ENB, which is Bleak ENB, and it is not working the way it should. 

I followed this video

which I know mostly is correct because I used this the first time I installed the ENB.

 

Now after trying to reinstall it, there are a few problems:

The no film grain option does not seem to work for me
After I take a screenshot the contrast goes to max for some reason
After taking a screenshot the world darkens for a bit then lights up again (Darkens for the same amount of time the Steam screenshot notification comes up)
 

If anyone can help, it is greatly appreciated!

Here you can see that film grain is on even though I installed the no film grain option.

 

After I took the screenshot, the world turns dark

 

In a very old save, everything works how it should, no film grain or anything

 

After I take a screenshot, the contrast maxes and you can't really tell but film grain is turned on again
