c3pu Posted November 20, 2018 Posted November 20, 2018 Would it be possible to make the drones(that came with get famous) keep filming while sims are having sex? Currently as soon as the sim who is being filmed starts having sex(possibly gets naked) the drone stops recording/live streaming. Having it record "adult" content would be very useful for celebrity sex tapes, porn producing, cam girls, etc...

Khaine2000DK Posted November 21, 2018 Posted November 21, 2018 Guessing because if he said was without Wicked Whims it might be how it was done, because Wicked whims seems to put the actor in scene into sorta safe space. Where the sims game don't seem to register their locations, think it's the reason why cam can't find them because they're invisible to it. But if it was not like this then you would probably lose some features like move location during woohoo with WW, guess question is if Wicked whims will get drone integrated into it so wicked whims can invite drone to film or things like that.

Should have specified that base game action that involves nudity like taking a shower and using the toilet also cause the drone to stop recording. There must be some kind of flag on certains actions, that the game considers private, that tells the drone to stop. My guess is removing those flags or stopping the drone from checking would solve it but since i know nothing about how this game works and how to mod it, i can't do it myself .
Khaine2000DK Posted November 22, 2018 Posted November 22, 2018 Well going mostly on what I observe myself as I am not programmer or mod myself, but with wicked whims it seems it make some sorta of parallel bubble like zones where only the wicked whim interacts seems to get noticed, not entirely sure about shower and toilet things since I have not really tried using drones there only on wicked whims actions which drone don't seem to notice. Maybe something that Turbo will eventually integrate code so WW actions can be detected by drone, but wouldn't really fix spying on shower or toilet thing.

I have 2 controllable sims, (Allana - who is the porn sat, and her husband, Leonardo) I got one Allana's Naturism skill up to 2 (so she's not shy), get her naked & have her perform solo sex actions. I have Leonardo actingnd at her feet & use his phone to take pictures. I used cheats to max Leo's photography skill so he takes quality pictures. I put the photos on the walls, and have Allana upload them to Simstagram. She gets like 100+ followers for each photo. It's weird, though - Allana always gets more followers when she uploads pictures where you can see her asshole. Siims are kinky AF.

It was a common request on the WW thread for a while after Get Famous came out. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

You'll have to excuse my ignorance (I'm still kind of new), but the cameras and drones and shit can take real pictures and video that can be viewed/used for stuff in game?... Or did you take those shots yourself and then turn them into build objects externally?
