Hello,
Here is my second follower.
Location
She can be found in the BeeAndBarb in Riftin or use the console (type help anna 4 in the console and player.placeatme "id given")

Her default outfit is null so she will be naked if she doesn't have any armor given. She uses the CBBE body.

It's standalone so it should work, She does have the CBBE body assigned to her.
