[solved] sketchbook doesn't work?

I have the issue that the my sims can't use sketchbook in game  -my  sim approaches it and the interaction ends. I haven't found any comments on it elsewhere. Does anyone else had this issue? Is it EA bug or conflict with some CC?

 

Just in case anyone have this issue - found it, it was Scumbumbo set filters on paintings mod.
