I'm wondering if someone could make a Lot Trait for Basemental Drugs that makes sims more likely to do drugs there.  Like at a night club or something.  By the same token, it might also be cool to have "Drug-Free Zone" Lot Trait that disables autonomous drug use, so people don't do it at, say, a church or school.
