attack animations

for some reason, since a few days ago, my attacking has been acting weird when i power hit i do like 3 attacks in one go, draining my stamina and when i move around with the sword i get the half T

 

also weirdly when i use a crossbow(havent tried a normal bow) and shoot something, and then crouch i shoot again (grand theft auto 4 reference)

Usually, this problem have something related to either:

 

1-Corrupted saves

2-FNis animation bug- try removing it or get an update

3-Animation mods in conflict- try removing all your .hkx files.
