weird cc

Okay, so I made two female sims yesterday. In CAS, everything looked completely fine, But when I finished and placed them on the lot, the first one had weird blonde highlights in her hair even though it was lavender, and I don't know how to explain this, but my second girl had a melanin skin and it looked like it stretched over her hair. The eyelashes on both of them were green and some of the accessories were green as well. These glitches never happen when the have shorter hairstyles, and when they don't have accessories. The CC isn't broken, but i've never seen this. Help me.

It's either a cc skintone or skin overlay reacting with the hair or cc hair reacting with the skintone…...I've had this problem with some of jomsims stuff
