Last Exception file

So I kept getting this issue so I uninstalled everything and reinstalled and it didn't help I get an error in the game and then the game will work but after every activity a sim preforms of any kind they just like pause until I pause the game then fast forward it again starting to get annoyed please help!!!

Base game plex zone error with apartments.....delete and ignore....not a lot one can do about those.
