If the ones involved are a teen and an older sim, the 'whim' appears normally but it is impossible to fulfill it because the target sim's portrait is never there. dolphin3000 Posted November 3, 2018 Author Posted November 3, 2018 The target sim has to be away otherwise you cannot use the phone to contact him/her. But his/her portrait doesn't appear as an available sim to send the text to. (it was supposed to be there as an available contact but it is not)
