Every Other Mod works, BUT.....Animations Don't Play!

I've tried to fix this issue more than a few ways now...... My issue seems to boil down to this:::

 

Does anyone know how to fix this ERROR message in Generate FNIS?: 

 

[ ERROR(76): Could not find a part of the path 'C:\Program Files\skyrim\Data\meshes\actors\character\behaviors\FNIS_SRBCreatures_Behavior.hkx'. ] 

 

...OR where to find the ' FNIS_SRBCreatures_Behavior.hkx ' file online? 

 

The Nexus Site No Longer has the 'FNIS Creature Pack'....So most of the SexLab links referencing this are now broken on this site.
