Strange glitch with fnis 64 SE edition

Not sure why i been installing SE animtion pack but when ever i generate fnis i get skip is not SE compatible and when i go ingame i only see T-pose. thius with XXL edition because the other edition isn't even working says too manay animation even though it is 600 ??

The incompatible mod contains one of more animation files that have not been converted to work with SE. You'll need to find an SE compatible version of that mod, convert the animations yourself or just uninstall it.

 

For the other issue we'll need to see the FNIS output.
