Can someone explain what the problem is? my wicked and basemental are updated, and my game is freezing, slowly, i don't know what to do

Ok.....wicked perversions and basemental drugs....update both if possible....delete if not....also delete localthumbcache.pkg file in the sims 4 folder whenever you add/delete or update mods or cc
