Free Fly Cam / tfc console command not working

Hello,

 

lately the free fly cam stopped working for me. Both the Sex Lab key command and the tfc console command. The game just freezes but returns to normal once I cancel the command, but often the game also crashes. Any ideas how to start solving this problem?
