The Elder Scrolls 5 is probably at the top at the moment but The Sims 4 is gradually closing in on it in terms of detail and variety of body part detail and skin texture mods.

If every day sims aren't the kind of RPG that you're looking for, try Dragon Age Origins' All-In-One body mod. It covers all of the bases in terms of genders, be it the standard male and female or intersexed characters.

Did I hear something about RE Nude Mods? I got you fam. I also hate how residentevilmodding forbids these mods, because it has made them very difficult to get a hold of. These are some of the REV2 nude mods.

Rumble Roses XX (Xbox360) is one of the best NUDE modded games ever.

 

 

Many people misunderstand it as just a Fighting game.

But, it has nice Photoshooting Mode which allows taking photos of one or two girls playing sexy motions/poses.

In terms of just skin & animation quality, I'd have to say Sims4.  It's the rest of the game that is lacking.  Buy house, fill up house, hook up, spawn, die, repeat.  It gets dull.  Which is a shame because, like I said, the models and animation are bar none the best out there.  Heck, I'd rate them above half the garbage that Illusion Games has been shitting out over the last decade.

 

2nd place for skin & animation would be Skyrim, and gameplay is still fairly interesting even after all these years.  Skyim women look hot because they're inspired by classic fantasy art, even if the idea of women wearing chainmail bikinis in a fucking blizzard is compeltely absurd.

 

3rd place for skin & animation would be Fallout 4, and gameplay is pretty good if you mod the hell out of it.  Fallout girls don't look as hot as Skyrim, but I'm OK with that because that's how it should be.  It is the apocalypse, after all.  Women who still have more than half their teeth should be a fairly rare event if you wanted to be realistic about it.

 

Though technically not even a game, TK17 still holds a special place in my heart.  It's ancient, it's clunky, it's buggy as fuck, but you can do things in it that you just can't do anywhere else.  I kind of wish it was an actual game because with over 300+ sex animations to chose from (see Modsgarden) you really can't top the variety it offers.  It's basically a "make your own porn movie" kit, which is awesome for anyone with any kind of hard to find kink or fetish.

 

Which kind of brings me to my pet peeve in adult gaming: It always seems like I find either really good games with lame sex mods or a game with great sex mods but boring gameplay.  Probably why I keep coming back to Skyrim and Fallout 4.  If I get bored with adventuring I can take a break for some sex.  If I get tired of fucking (it happens) I can keep myself entertained with the actual game itself.  Even if they're not perfect at least the balance is right. 

 

To me, a great game should include sex.  It's part of life and shouldn't be ignored or censored out just because our country is still in denial about it being the 21st century.  But I also don't care much for "games" that are just mindless sex and nothing else (exception TK17).  That's what old fashioned porn is for - I see no reason to try to build a game out of something I could just watch on a media player.

Shame we can't play this on pc. I know original Rumble Roses on PS2 can be emulator on PC but Rumble Roses XX is Xbox360 only:(

-the choice of the body format
-the physics of the body
-transformation of the skeleton
-about 30 slots on the body

the sims 4 is simpler, but is the most download of this site

I'd agree with TES and Fallout being on top of all, since you can create basically any other game withing them. You can make "sims within" and do your daily chores with multiple job/needs/home mods, you can make a shooter/fighter, any kind of simulator from farming to brothel and so on... It's amazing how much free content was and still being generated by modders for Bethesda games.
