The mod you mention only consists of skeleton file (based on XPMSE in my understandng) for both genders.

 

So, as long as the skeletons are based on XPMSE (though preferably its latest build and I'm not sure which version of XPMSE they come from), they must be compatible with SoS full.

The body mesh as well as the schlong will also adjust its form in accordance with that skeleton.
