Help with a SOS addon

I am currently trying to figure out two things:

1.Why does my addon show up as "ModName" in SOS mcm menu

To my understanding, it's bound to what you type in a faction, and I definitely didn't set it as ModName.

2.Why does my schlong has no texture in game.

According to creation kit, the "Skin texture" path is correct, as it renders textures correctly, but it has a missing texture in game.

I based it on an addon template, which can be found Here.

EDIT

Oh my God.

I had a wrong esp activated the whole time XD

It works perfectly now.

Have you saved your game with it called "ModName"?  SOS tends to "lock in" most of the info for an addon when it's first recognized by the system, so correcting the name afterward probably won't work.  Also, make sure the name in the faction starts with "SOS ".

What do you mean by "renders textures correctly"?  Does it look correct when you put the schlong armor item on an NPC in the Creation Kit?  I grab one of the preset actors for this kind of testing because they're already naked - just remember to not save your changes!

It happens on new saves aswell, as for faction name:

And this is how ck sees my textures + since it's argonian, I am assured that I've put race based textures correctly

Well, it all looks correct to me.  I guess the only advice I can really offer is to try closing the Creation Kit before launching Skyrim - although it is rare for it to make a difference, I have had weird, unfixable problems clear up that way.
