Did you preset the preset as it is?
  Have you verified that you have all the required requirements?
Is it built with the correct breed?
Are you using any XML TBBP?
To see it so it seems there is to correct the body with Bodyslide

This kind of looks like an old bug that happened when combining HDT hair and HDT body XMLs that weren't compatible with each other, which would cause the character to collide with itself. Most modern HDT hair and HDT body XMLs should not cause that, however.

This was the problem, a simple hair change fixed everything I tried multiple different bodies on bodyslide but a hair change fixed all the physics thank you!
