Changing nipple colors

I have the Noir and Dark Sims 4] Big and Natural Nipples mod and i'm not sure if I'm doing it right, I select it on the accessory section and selected colors and after applying it the colors didn't apply. I tried putting it on every outfit. Am I missing any other mods required? the thread/post I got it from doesn't have any instructions.
