download problem

Having an issue downloading content from one user. I need someone else to try and download these files and tell me if the problem is just at my end...
I've cleaned my cache and rebooted my computer and the problem still persists, but only with these files, everything else I download works fine.



Here is the page with the download links. Both files come back corrupted. There is also 3 other rooms by the same guy I can't get to work...
