I need help making sims 3 and kinky world working

Hi, is there any step by step tutorial, or can someone explain me like i'm some kind of a retard?

I've got to the point where kinky world works, custom clothes, boobs, sliders etc are all there, but still there's no sex interactions, i cleared the game again, is there any guide?

Yes i've read the kinky world recommended mods etc, but i still had to research a lot of mods by myself, like how to make sims nude in cas etc.

It's so much harder in sims 3 compared to wicked whims in sims 4.

Kiky World mod must be installed.
And in game enabled!

 

Then the animation packages (also in game) must be registered in KW.
Everything else (rape etc.) is a matter of taste.
