Mods that are known to break precombines in fallout 4 ?? right now i am not getting the frames i think i need to get to get to play this game right and i think certain mods are responsible for this ??

What frames do you feel you need to get to enjoy the game right?  Generally speaking, frame rate loss can be most attributed to texture packs.  Specifically, the High Resolution DLC pack is a known frame rate loss contributor, it should generally be avoided.  In addition, adding high resolution textures for landscape, set pieces, buildings, clutter, etc. - while pretty can also cause frame loss, specifically in "high congested" areas like down town Boston - in and around Diamond City, Mass Fusion, etc.

 

What frames are you getting and what do you expect to get?

 

 

I happen to enjoy a constant 60 FPS everywhere but the noted areas above, where it may dip in to the upper 40's or low 50's briefly as I transition in and out of these areas - and I have a TON of high resolution texture packs and other addons that would generally lower performance.  I'm also playing on Ultra, but with some tweaks to Shadows and God Rays.

 

I also have 2 980Ti in SLI, so most frame issues would be covered over by the horsepower of my rig.
