I transformed it as actual "Download".

 

I checked the file with 3 antiviruses (Sophos, AVG, Kaspersky) not found any virus inside.

But not yet used it to be 100% sure.

Those who do not start the program, maybe you do not have the latest version .NetFramework

I find it a bit vague still,

I find a lot of mods at a lot of sites, Pinterest and Tumblr etc already,

 

How do this actually work for starters??

What actual mods and cc is this tying into?

My pc did not really like me trying to open this, and i see others has had the same issues. Drivers are good here so it might just be my antivirus being overprotective, it has been lately.

Don't tested yet since i don't need it, are you planning to evolve it to be like a nexus manager or will keep it simple?
