Looking for PERMANENT missing Sound Fix

Hi all,

 

since i play Sims 4, i have still repeatly one big Problem! Sometimes after some time playing Sims 4, the sound stops working.

 

I have searched in google for solutions and found this.

 

For the first days/weeks it seems to work but then the bug was back. So have to search a new setting again and this works for some weeks again and then the Bug comes back.

 

It is absolutly annoying and i hate this Bug so much and it is ONLY in SIMS 4. No other Game makes some Problems.

 

Does someone has a PERMANENT Solution for this Problem?

go into sims 4 audio options and check your speaker set up and audio quality settings.....you have a sound card or built in sound?
