It actually reminds me a bit of Tinkerbell, but with a floral pattern. If anyone has any ideas that'd be great. Thanks in advance

Thanks in advance There were a cloth mod that you descibed, when I saw it it hit me in my mind with Tinklebell style design.It was back in 2016-17. I'll keep looking, but thank you, I think that may have been it. It could be Forest Armor, but I can't get it to download, seems I need an account on the site it links to
