Whips why are there none

No. Before you say or think, but yes there are just take a look at all the Bondage Mods...

 

What I mean is Combat Whips, say damage equal to Daggers, even use the Dagger Skill tree to make it easy? With combat animations, (take a page out of Shout Like a Virgin maybe for appearance in combat?), add in extended reach, maybe less damage close quarters as a weakness, potential (maybe with skill) to disarm, or choke hold. 

 

And yes I ask cause I have absolutely no idea how to MOD, but well a whip wielding dominatrix dragonbourne just makes me all wet and gooey.
