Current version of Skyrim (32 bit) is 1.9.32.0.8, if you are running any other version of the 32bit code you are running a pirated version. Did you leave off the "8"? Incidentally, to get help you need to provide specific details. You did well by providing the version number but we need the specific error being displayed and how was it displayed and when was it displayed and if you can tell, what mod displayed it (often, the mod doesn't bother to identify itself).
