racemenu bodyslide problem. (racemenu presets only save head)

I'm not exactly new to modding but this is a problem I've never run into before. I have certain racemenu presets saved from an older save (same versions of racemenu and bodyslide though) and when I attempt to load them in racemenu only the head is right, the bodylides sliders haven't changed or they load the exported body (I made sure that bodyslide exported the same bodyslide preset as the original saves) and none of the overlays are there except on the head (also made sure all the mods required in the racemenu preset is present).  So any time I use change a bodyslide slider in racemenu and load a preset the bodyslide slider remains the same, meaning too, if I create a new preset it won't save the body or overlays. Anyone else run into this before? if so why don't you school me in the comments below.
