The english is... Difficult, to say the least.

 

Considering the guide is from 2009, it is quite possible that the versions are the issue. Did you try using Blender v2.48a and Nifscripts v1.5.7?

build i used - Blender249VMD or Blender248VMD,

 

what sort of scripts( versions), I have no idea.

 

There are Blender 2.63х64 build, but it works only under Win7 64  and there is no export to games (only with MMD and for newest models)
