CTD between Falkreath and The Reach

i'm having an issue with a location between falkreath and markarth. it always has a CTD whenever I enter this area.

 

i don't know what's causing it, but i have the papyrus logs ready to be listed and load order listed below (it's pretty big, so it's no doubt an issue caused by mods) as well as a picture of the location.

 

everywhere else is fine, it's just this area. i have fast travel disabled, so i can always just walk the other way to whiterun and grab a carriage to markarth as a fast travel alternative, but it's still a little annoying how this area is blocked from access.

The only way I've found of finding a cause of ctd's is to to disable mods in groups either by disable the esp's or using nmm to disable them and then run through the area where you're guaranteed to get them.

 

Usually it's missing content, bad textures, bad nifs (some converted nifs can cause a ctd where as the original is fine) or simply load order.
