Ark of Truth Posted November 2, 2012 Author Posted November 2, 2012 That didn't work either. Going to eat dinner so will upload my file after. Sorry took so long was a bit busy. Here is the mesh and the textures I am going to use for it in it's vanilla form. http://www.mediafire.com/?bn96ady6b66n8jc Couldn't load it on LL due to size. If it turns out it can't be done then no biggy, I just choose a different texture.
gregathit Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 Ark, what are you wanting the wall to actually be? Edit: Ok, it can't be done with nifskope. It isn't that the wall and ceiling are linked via which texture they use. They are physically the same thing in the nif you sent me. They can't be separated in that nif without using blender. Sorry.
Guest ThatOne Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 Give me a minute and a half with that sucker, and I'll see what I can do. -Edit- Check this mesh and tell me if that's what you wanted.

[/quote'] I may be wrong but based on the previous conversations the mesh he was wanting to change was the maioutfits.nif (in the Anvil folder). The wall of the stairs is joined to the ceiling.
Guest ThatOne Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 That's not what I asked. I asked if the edit was what he wanted - to split the mesh the way I did it, even if it isn't the correct mesh. However, here is the same edit on the maioutfits.nif mesh.
Guest ThatOne Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 You are most welcome. P.S. The guide I put up should be able to help you learn how to do simple edits like this, should you wish to try.
