Frozen Loading Screen on SKSE64 2.0.8

Hi, I'm having some trouble after updating properly to SKSE64 2.0.8 (transferring the 3 skse files to main directory, then copy/pasting the .pex files Data/scripts). I keep getting a frozen loading screen with music still playing after I hit "continue" in the main menu.

I use Mod Organizer 2 and I've already gone into the Data tab to check my SKSE/plugins dropdown, updating any mods with .dlls that needed to be updated and adding (2.0.8) or some variation to their names to make sure I have the updated one installed. Yet for the life of me I can't figure out why I'm still getting a frozen login screen, maybe I missed one but I'm fairly new to modding Skyrim.

Any help would be really, really appreciated! It must have something to do with either a mod that's not updated or my load order, but I've already ran FNIS after updating all .dlls and used MO2's built in LOOT to sort my plugins afterwards. I really just have no clue why it's still stuck on an infinite loading screen. Thank you!
