I have installed FF successfully and it is saving characters. But rather than keep the shape of my character(s) that I have created, the characters seem to be a really skinnier versions of themselves in the shrine of heroes and in game. The faces are fine though :)

Any thoughts?

I have a similar problem after I spend time in race menu tweaking them to exactly how I want them. They seem to default to whatever body I am using at the time.

It's been a while since I've used it so if I sound vague I apologize in advance. There's quite a few ways that you can reset the saved character by either refreshing them from the debug menu or from their individual "spaces." Be careful when reusing the same "space" as a previous character because FF does save characters to multiple locations, or something to that effect.

Any chance you're using a custom race? I'm not entirely sure what all FF saves and what it pulls from your current player character, but that might be the issue. If all else fails you could also try Enhanced Follower Framework. If you go to commands> more> tattoos> it will give you the UUNP sliders from Racemenu, along with body/hand/foot overlays. No idea if this works with CBBE though.
