Smoke Around Character

My character suddenly have a weird white/blue smoke around him

It looks cool with frostmourne equipped but it's obstructing vision.

Anyone knows how to fix it and what it caused it?

That is a magic effect and must come from a mod. The best option is locate the mod and unistall it in the correct way following the un-installation instructions.

 

If you not know the mod you can install Mfg Console and use it for see the active magic effect over your player. The console say the mod that add the efect and the spell that use. When know the mod, follow the correct un-installation instructions.

 

If the effect not disappear when make the correct un-installation process you can try remove it manually.

 

For remove a magic effect must open the console and type:

player.sme CODE (you get the code from the mfg console)

 

For remove a shader effect must open the console and type:

player.sms CODE (you can get the code with Creation Kit or Tes5Edit)
