How to set up Asis?

Hello everyone. I am looking for a mod to make skill enchantments like One handed enchantment for example, work on my followers armor. I tried asis but the installation guide for it is down now, and i dont know how to set it up.

I installed it through NMM and all the sliders are on 0 but in all seriousness i dont want the mod to alter things like AI, potions, spawning and such.

I really dont want all the other features, i only want its fix for enchantments so i can use it on my followers armor.

Any advice on setting asis up or a mod that does the same thing i just want the enchantment fix.

Any help would be deeply appreciated
