Can't seem to have sex anymore.

Something unusual happened recently in my game that I can't explain.

 

So I started a new file and everything was working fine. All mods are working like they're suppose to, no weird bugs, etc. Now let's fast forward to last weekend with the twin Kaijit hookers down in Leyawiin. Everything is going through fine, up until you get the choice of Blowjob, Handjob, or Tit job. In this case I chose blowjob, and I got the message:

 

Lovers cannot access an actor for sex. They may have moved somewhere where it is now impossible.

 

Then the screen blacks out for a brief second, then the game continues on, with the Kaijit still standing there waiting for a choice. It didn't matter which decision I made, the outcome was always the same. I reloaded my save and tested it out with the other twin, same result, that same message.

 

I thought it was just a bug for the twins, but I think it's affected everyone I've come across. Whenever I try to initiate sex through either prostitution or consensual, that message always shows up.

Get rid of your duplicate and you should work just fine:

48 LoversAdultPlayPlus.esp <---this has to go - disable it.

49 LoversAdultPlayPlusforSSP.esp <---you need to use this one since you have the SSP version of lovers voice.

I have doubts that's the issue since I've run them side by side for months now and everything worked just fine. Anyways I disabled LoversAdultPlayPlus then gave sex a try again. Still no luck, the message is still appearing.

While your load order is not ideal it should still work with no problems.

 

Disabling adult play plus isn't going to fix things for you if you don't make a clean save or start a new game. One or the other is going to be required since they are both included in your saved games already.

 

These type of things can go for a while and then suddenly come to a head causing all kinds of conflicts to appear.

 

Also, have you installed anything new recently?

That last thing I installed was Tamago which required a clean save. I started a new file anyways since my original character was now invisible, so I never really got far (as if I ever do). Anyway if starting a new game will fix it then I'll try that first, if it doesn't then I'll change my load order around.

If you just disable the plugin and don't make a clean save then it will remain active as the info is stored in your saved game.

 

If you have the MB 3d orgasm plugin you can't remove or disable MB2 unless you disable it as well.

 

Try starting a new game with both MB2 and MB 3d orgasm disabled and see if that works. If it doesn't you may have to disable the other 3d orgasm esp as well.
