Aparently OBSE introduces the console command SetFlyCameraSpeedMult or SFCSM for short

its only mentioned here https://github.com/llde/Oblivion-Script-Extender/blob/master/obse/obse_whatsnew.txt

but also there is a video with it in action here

Spoiler

WHICH IS GREAT for LAPF because the default oblivion fly camera speed is WAY too fast... but it just doesnt work for me no matter what i try, neither while there is LAPF animation plating nor when i just type tfc, the command is accepted, there is no error message or anything... but nothing changes

has anyone manage to make it work? maybe it just was removed for beeing too unstable or another mod overrides this console command speed? or at least there is an alternative to change the flycamera speed?

I don't use any camera Mod, so I tested it with vanilla TFC ...and it works.

The first command from the video I could not enter ( BAT 35.TXT ),  unknown command. Maybe part of a camera Mod.

So I used TFC

Then

SetFlyCameraSpeedMult

With  0.5 the difference is barely recognizable but with 0.1  or 10

So the command is still in OBSE21 and works fine.

Of course I use LAPF, but not "Enhanced First Person Camera" OBSE Plugin. So My Lovers camera settings are the default settings.

No other camera Mods.

guess what, its Oblivion Reloaded that fucks the command up

now i feel dumb for not noticing this before

So you always have to quit the game and change ths cam speed..... that's bad.

Disable the  Oblivion Reloaded cam and you lose the cam key,  then you have to toggle the cam with console but you should be able to change the speed in the console.
