The Picture of the Head and the Head.nif is different?

The Head.nif has a bad skin.

Here a freehand correction from me: MolagHead.nif

A picture of your nif in OS - you should the Bones scale with the Slider to show bad Areas.

And the freehand correction from me

The same bad skinn was for the head bone.

The neck, i have all vertices with 100% Bone weights of Spine2 set.

Hint: All vertices MUST have a 100% Skin. Allways.

You use a model space/ object space normal? Or a tangent Space?

If not a tangent space, maybe you need changes in BSLightingShaderProperty ShaderFlags 1.

Why are the previews in your side stretched? In my end nifskope OS and blender It looks normal in my screen. I'll try following this.

Ok I used your modified molaghead nif even that crashes CK when I put it in game.

Your mesh was also deformed in Nifskope, due to missing boneweights in some vertices.
The deformation in the OS (long neck) is intentional through bone scaling.

Bonescaling in OS is a good way to test the skin.
In 3Ds or Blender one would additionally use animations for it.

Your Nif leads to crash of CK. After correction of the boneweights, it can be used without any problems in CK.

If the CK still crashes with you, then it can also be due to the textures. I did not have the textures, just the mesh.

If you want, you can send all nifs and textures (or me as PM). I can then try to fix the problems - and also describe what I've been doing.
