SexLab Not Working

I honestly have been trying to figure this out for a few days now, but I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to get SexLab to work. 

If I can get any help at all, that would be amazing!

 

Here is my loading order:

 

 

Edit: Also I'm using Mod Organizer, and whenever I click the "Run" button, a screen pops up saying "MO is locked while executable is running." I click the "Unlock" button but nothing happens

Sexlab is a frame work it does nothing by itself you need to download and install other mods that use sexlab. So go to the skyrim area and look through the sexlab mods and download the ones you want.

 

You can test out sexlab by using match maker spell on people and self.

I looked through my spells/shouts and I couldn't find anything. Does it have to do with the way my game is loading the mods or something else?
