Camera bug when interupted in Fighting Stance (DD items etc.)

I noticed this:

 

Whenever I am in combat (weapons out or fists up) and get interrupted by an NPC (mostly when they equip bondage devices, for example in Shout like a virgin or Sanguine Debauchery) the camera breaks, meaning it gets "locked" in combat stance, even when I cannot use my weapons (I always see my character from its back even when not fighting).

 

While camera bug is a known bug and also has no fix that I know off, I would like to know if anybody has a similar problem and maybe can provide a solution or fix for it?

 

I was recently pointed towards first person mods and will try next if the issue occurs without first person mods installed (it did for shout like a virgin...)

 

Or does anybody know a fix for the broken camera? 

 

Note: I noticed that the camera bug also occurs when I press "R" (drawing weapons hotkey for me) while in a sexlab sex scene.

Not entirely sure if that's the same and if that would help you (depends on the device i guess), but for not beeing able to get out of combat it usually helps me to equip another weapon than i (tried to) draw, then uneqip that and you should be good. Should work with magic too, but if DD blocks using anything i don't know.
