Mods menu greyed out

Basically as the title says my mods menu (and creation club menu, which isn;t important) are greyed out on the main menu. I've tried everything suggested online but nothing has worked. This is an issue that's been persisting for a while now and not even loading the mods (or starting the game) through MO has helped, I really want to fix this problem because it's starting to piss me off.

just start the game and you can acces it then out of the game.. pressing ESC again and then go to mods then youll have login and under that youll see press HOME (Mods Menu) something like that ... .then click with mouse on that and youre there.

I think a lot of people actually use mods like CCCleaner to hide these entries from the main menu. Creation Club is toxic garbage, and the in-game mod manager will reliably destroy your load order and mod setup.

 

 

Not 100% sure but i think the greyed out entries are from having an outdated SWF file installed, or something else related to UI mods (strings file etc).
