CTD on start

Skyrim SE Ctds on launch before the main menu pops up. I have "no bethesda intro" mod installed, so I cant tell you much. I use loot for my load order with no issue, so I dont think thats the problem. I do have over 10,000 FNIS animations downloaded, so THAT might be the problem, but I doubt it. I use MO2 for my mods. I used to use NMM, but it's not the most helpful. I am also very new to modding, so the problem could be a noob mistake. FNIS reports no error and neither does MO2. The dragon symbol would appear for a few seconds then crash.

This almost always indicates a missing master. Check in MO2s right panel -> Mods tab and look for ESP/ESMs with red warning symbols next to them. Hover over the symbol to see what's missing. It can take a second or two for the tooltip to load.

An animation count greater than 10,000 can cause instability. Might be worth seeing if you can get that down and use standard FNIS instead of XXL.

If you are using an ENB try uninstalling it.

Make sure that SKSE64 is installed correctly and that anything adding a dll plugin is SE compatible.

Naturally, if this started happening recently then your most recent additions are the likely culprits.

Crash after Dragon Symbol, am sure its cause of Animation Count.

I've already said that MO2 detects no problems. I can disable a few recent mods to see if it worked.
