Mods to make Oblivion into a JRPG.

Good day,

 

I am looking to make my Oblivion into a JRPG game. My first playthrough of the game got messed up after 60-70 hours of playing (modlist got messed up - had to make a clean install). Sadly I am unable to open my previous save, and to keep things interesting - I'm looking for a new gameplay experience.

 

After poking around for a bit, I found a style of gameplay I'd love to use for my 2nd playthrough. The youtube video features crisp looking ENB, animation (attack&movement(dash/dodge)) and health bars above the enemies (Perhaps something with the 3rd person camera and lock-on as well).

 

Health Bar mod is apparently a known Japanese mod named "Scouter", I have found it on Nexus including 1 custom texture. If by any chance someone is in possession of a good looking texture for Scouter, please let me know!

 

I have no idea about the animation used though.

Perhaps anyone know about different mods to make oblivion in a good looking JRPG style of game, please comment below.
