what are the requirements to get it fully working even tho i only found one of them she didnt load like all i saw was a floating mouth eyes and weapon please help?

so apparently this one follower deletes its own texture file when u launch the game for some reason i know it did cause i copy pasted it in when i noticed it wasnt there and when i saw the floating mouth again i checked again and the file was gone

also the facetint pathing for the textures seems off
