I have somethink like Bee9999 World of Rudra 1.75 but it's Not like that mod  it's more Arabian style like?

The Arabian style you're talking about is the desert, that's the 1st new worldspace of this mod. You're doing chapter 1 quests on the desert. The asian looking island you will visit during chapter 2. When you finish chapter 1, you will return to the "Stranger" in Whiterun and begin chapter 2.

That is the one I have and it looks Oriental  when I played seen nothing really Arabian Style in it?

Looks like we have to finish chapter 1.

You have to finish chaper I in Arabian style area, chapter II will be unlocked in Chinese style area.

If you don't want to do the quest, there is a mod named rudra addon, allows you to teleport directly from Skyrim to all area of word of rudra, including some "hidding" area such as snowy chinese.
