defeat and combat surrender

hello all  this is not all that important but im hoping i can find the issue here. awhile back i used a mod named combat surrender and it was extremely fun, personally i recommend it, but i ran into issues with it and though it may not be often, i have heard of others who have gone through some serious save bloating with combat surrender. the first time i used it everything worked like a charm with my other mods but over time it just messed up on me and i had to uninstall it. it caused me to ctd when i would go to certain places in the open world, places i could travel too again once i got rid of combat surrender. i figured since i made a few changes to my load order for stability purposes maybe i could give it another shot but when i install it i instantly crash to desktop. i figured i would share my load order to see if anyone might know why it happened  and how to fix it. if not its no biggie and i appreciate anyone who took the time to even glance at this lol. if its no issue on my end maybe there is another mod like it, to be honest i just love how enemies surrender and you can promise to spare their life if they kill their ally, then the two of them fight to the death, at this point you can choose to keep your word and tell the winner they are free to go or just kill the winner anyway
