the video should explain everything, im using tetrachromatic enb, lemme know if I should post my mod list, this happens almost every time I start a new game, but the times it does work right and I get past the character creation part, it never glitches out, my game runs just fine after that, I have a couple save files with the same mods that got past the CC and they all work just fine, using mod organizer, and its the first time im using an ENB too so I have now idea what might be going wrong.

Does the glitching happen when you disable ENB?

"Shift+F12' to disable/enable ENB.

didn't know I could disable/enable ENB like that

and it does stop happening when I disable ENB but goes right back to glitching out when I enable it again.

any idea what's going on?

It could be a number of things. Try installing the ENB again, ideally via drag and drop rather than using a mod manager and allowing all overwrites. It could also be your graphics hardware unable to run the ENB properly and overheating/artefacting. Though the torches mod does say it's compatible wit ENB, try temporarily diabling/uninstalling it to be sure it is not the root cause.

From what I can see it's a transparency issue so it's likely the ENB and graphics card driver are in conflict. Usually updating to the newest drivers and the latest ENB versions would be sufficient to fix the problem.

I installed the ENB, through drag and drop (using Tetrachromatic ENB). I have an rx 580 with the latest drive too and I also noticed that if I disable the enb (shift + f12) and just move to another cell and activate it again, it starts working just fine. I can move back to the other cell and it would work just fine there too. any idea whats up with that?

ill try disabling the torches mod later and will post what happens after.

You should try a different preset. I have an RX580 too (which is in storage at the moment, but works well when needed) but I use my own hand-tuned setup rather than a preset off other modders, because most aren't really great on a wide-gamut screen with ARGB colour space.

I've not had a problem like this ever. Other problems yes, but not this specific one.

To try a new preset, repeat the drag and drop process, allowing all overwrites. Then right click inside the folder and select "undo copy", which will delete every single file you just copied. You should now be ready to install another preset.

don't think the torches mod is doing anything, and installing a new preset didn't show much either, think it might take some time before it glitches out, cause tetrachromatic didn't glitch out when I first installed it either. but like I said, I can disable it, go somewhere else and then enable it which makes it run just fine again so ill just stick with this work around.
