FP + Lieto Animations

I have RSE with FP (not AAF) installed and only Lieto's animation pack so far. the animations work intermittently (NPC-NPC usually just stand there) and are not aligned properly. I followed theses instructions below. any ideas? 

 

RSE FIRST TIME INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Ensure Four-Play, the Community Patch and the animation packs are installed.
2. Ensure your F4SE installation matches the version of your game.
3. Ensure you have Mod Configuration Menu installed. ( HERE )
4. Install Sex'Em Up and test sex ingame to be sure you see the animations happening. ( HERE )
5. You can choose to leave SEU installed or remove it as you like once you know you can trigger and see sex.
6. Install Family Planning Enhanced 2.x. ( HERE )
7. Install Roggvir's DD Items Manager. ( HERE )
8. Optional: Install Device Devices. ( HERE )
9. Optional: Install Knockout Framework. ( HERE ) - RSE only supports v1.1.0 at this time. Newer builds will not function correctly within RSE.
10. The two optional mods do not have dependencies in RSE scripting so can safely be ignored should you not want them in your game.
11. Install RSE.
12. RSE is new game blocked and will not fire its quests until Vault exit or equivalent if using alt-start mods.
13. To be sure RSE is working, once out of the vault, strip naked and wait 60 seconds to see if it tells you nudity may be noticed.
14. If you see this message, you are golden.
15. If you do not see this message, use the support thread (here) for further assistance.
16. As an aside, RSE works best the lower it is in your load order as it does alter some vanilla records.
17. NOTE: Roggvir's DD Items Manager and Chosen Clue's Family Planning Enhanced v2.x are REQUIRED and have script dependencies.
18. If you do NOT install these mods, RSE will NOT function at 100%.
19. Even if you opt NOT to use Devious Devices and dont have it installed, you still need Roggvir's DD Items Manager installed. It does NOT have to be an active mod.
20. VERY important instruction - turn subtitles ON via your game menu. Otherwise, you will not experience any dialogue from RSE!
